Will I be able to see my chosen font/design? You will be contacted by email to approve your design. If you are not happy, we will help you change it until you are satisfied. You will have FOUR days to approve your design, if you do not do it in this time frame, we will make your order. 

What happens if something is spelt incorrectly? We do pick up on spelling errors, but will check with you to make sure in case it is an error on your behalf. 

What materials are used for the designs? We use a range of heat transfer vinyl and permanent vinyl depending on the item you have purchased. 

Can I change my order? Choose your font, name/design and colour choices carefully! Once your order is placed, we cannot make any changes. 

How do I care for my items? Clothing/Material items (pillows, bears, bunnies etc.) - wash on a cold setting and inside out, DO NOT iron over the design and DO NOT place in the dryer. Drinkware (mugs, drink bottles, tumblers) - DO NOT scrub, soak or place in the dishwasher. Other items such as lights, storage boxes etc. can be wiped over with a microfibre cloth.
