Refund policy

EXCHANGE & REFUNDS

• Each order is designed and made to order meaning we cannot this means refund or exchange due to change of mind.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges, please choose carefully upon checking out.
• If for any reason you need to return your item, and we approve this, return postage will be at buyers expense and refund amount will be to the value of the item(s) purchased ONLY. We recommend returning the parcel using a registered postal service as CHOO and COI will not be held liable for return parcels that are lost.
• Items must be returned in original packaging. 

WE DO NOT OFFER A REFUND FOR:

• Your order not arriving within the time frame you need due to our post providers. If you need your order urgently, we suggest using pick up or express post as an alternative. Under no circumstance is CHOO and CO obligated to refund orders due delays from our post providers. 
• Not following our care instructions and item has been damaged.
