We ship via Australia Post/Sendle. Postage delivery times may vary between regular and express shipping and where you are located within Australia.
We take special care to ensure your product is carefully packed to avoid any damage. However, we do rely on couriers to take care too.
In the unfortunate event of your product arriving broken or not in a usable state, please email us a photo of the damage and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
If you need your order sooner, please choose express post.
